  1. How Many Referrals Can I Send?

There is no limit on how many referrals you can send. However, we do not endorse "spam". Please only send referrals to people that you actually know.
  2. What Are "Points" and what can I get for them?

1 point has a value of $1 As you accumulate points you will be able to redeem them for valuable rewards. There is no limit on the amount of points that you may accumulate. On your referral management screen you will see "Pending Points" and "Redeemable Points".

Your reward points will go through 3 stages:
    1. Registered? - This will let you know that your referral has registered for the service.
    2. Reported Move In? - This will let you know that your referral successfully used our service and has reported their move in information. AT THIS STAGE YOUR POINTS WILL BE PENDING
    3. Fund Release? - This will let you know that your referral has successfully moved in and the facility has released the funds. AT THIS STAGE YOUR POINTS WILL BE REDEEMABLE. Once you have accumulated redeemable points you may redeem your award by clicking the "Redeem Awards" link.
  3. Can I Get Points For Referring Myself?

If you "refer yourself" you will not be eligible for points on that 'referral'. In order to receive points, the referral has to be anyone other than yourself, who has not already registered in for the service.
  4. What is the difference between "Redeemable Points" and "Pending Points"?

Redeemable Points are used to accumulate valuable rewards. "Pending Points" are an indicator letting you know how many "Redeemable Points" you should expect after your referred person moves into their new senior living/care facility.

Your reward points will go through 3 stages:
    1. Registered? - This will let you know that your referral has registered for the service.
    2. Reported Lease? - This will let you know that your referral actually found a senior living facility through our service and has reported their move-in information. AT THIS STAGE YOUR POINTS WILL BE PENDING
    3. Fund Release? - This will let you know that your referral has successfully moved in and the facility has released the funds. AT THIS STAGE YOUR POINTS WILL BE REDEEMABLE.
  5. What if I refer someone that has already registered?

If you refer someone that has already registered, the system will let you know that your referral has already registered and you will not be eligible for points on that referral. You will only be eligible for referrals that have not already registered in our system.
  6. Is there a limit on how many points I can receive?

There is no limit on how many points you may accumulate. The more points you accumulate the more valuable the reward you can redeem becomes. Note: 1 point has a value of $1.
  7. How long do my points last?

The points will last indefinitely. You may accumulate points over a long period of time in order to redeem a larger reward, or redeem them as soon as they hit "redeemable" status.
  8. What if the person I refer does not move into a facility listed on the website?

If the person that you refer does not move into their senior living home from our service your points will not become redeemable. If your referred person reports their move-in information to us, your points will be pending. Only when they move into their senior living home from our service and the funds are released, the points will then become redeemable.
  9. When will I receive my referral gift?

Once the facility that your referred person moved in to releases the funds, your referral points will become redeemable. This will generally happen about a month after move-in.
  10. Why do you need my email address?

We use your email address as a unique identifier for the referral program. You should only use one email address to log into the referral program. This should be the same email address that you used when you registered for the service. If you use multiple email addresses to log in, your points will be split amongst the different log in accounts. .
  11. What if you simply tell someone about the service verbally?

You will still be able to get points if you tell someone about our service verbally. Just make sure that the person that you referred for the service, puts your name on the registration form along with your referral log in email address when they sign up to ensure that we give you proper referral credit.
